LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Following are the top 10 films at the North American box office for the three-day weekend beginning on April 18, led by the new release "The Forbidden Kingdom," according to studio estimates compiled on Sunday by Reuters.

2 (*) Forgetting Sarah Marshall ......... $ 17.3 million

3 (1) Prom Night ......... $ 9.1 million

4 (*) 88 Minutes ......... $ 6.8 million

5 (4) Nim's Island ....... $ 5.7 million

6 (3) 21 .. $ 5.5 million

7 (2) Street Kings ....... $ 4.0 million

8 (6) Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who! .... $ 3.5 million

9 (*) Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed . $ 3.2 million

"The Forbidden Kingdom" was released by Lionsgate, a unit of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp, in conjunction with Weinstein Co, which is privately held.

"Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and "Leatherheads" were released by Universal Pictures, a unit of General Electric Co's NBC Universal.

"Prom Night" was released by Screen Gems, "88 Minutes" by TriStar Pictures, and "21" by Columbia Pictures, all units of Sony Corp.

"Nim's Island," "Street Kings" and "Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears A Who!" were released by Twentieth Century Fox, a unit of News Corp.

"Expelled: No intelligence Allowed" was released by Utah-based Rocky Mountain Pictures, which is privately held.
