I have bought and downloaded a movie file completely, but it has no video or sound (has other defects).
Download has failed in multiple attempts... Each attempt results in a 2-4 second file. Donwload link has moved to "History" part of my shopping card. I swear that I didn't give these download links to other users.
I have paid for a movie or soundtrack, but was not able to download or didn't recieve a download link on my email-box.
Do you offer any higher resolution movies? I want to burn them on DVD or CD disk and watch it on a larger screen (i.e. my LCD TV). What are the format and quality of downloaded movies? Can they be burned to DVD and played on a standard DVD player?
I've registered a few days ago and still didn't receive an email with a registration code from you.

Do you accept payments by Visa or MasterCard?
I want to pay by MasterCard, AmEx, Dinners Club credit card or any Internet cache (E-Gold, PayPal). Is it possible to do that? I've contacted you payment company and they advised me Visa card only. Can you provide another payment methode?

A: You should download and install fresh video codecs:
Windows - K-Lite Codec Pack or Codec Pack All in 1
Mac OS - DivX Codec or QuickTime
Use MPlayer - The Movie Player with Win32 video codecs for UNIX systems.

A: We recommend to use FDM, ReGet or FlashGet for more comfortable films download. If you are downloading big files, put them in turn of loading one-by-one. You should mail us about this problem. We will activate download links manually.

2. Choose a movie or soundtrack.
3. Check "Mark file" and push "Download" button for movie file or select music files from soundtrack and click "Download".
3. Go to your shopping cart and click "Buy all" button.
4. Download movie link from "Download section".
