This one is different though, it has Gina Phillps. she is an incredible actress and very believable. It's about Gina Phillips going to her grandparents summer home, to sell it. While she's there her recent dreams turn into nightmare. She meets the grounds keeper and he looks over her. She obviously gets the creeps from him, but that doesn't matter at that point. When her sister surprisingly shows up, things take a turn for the worst. Pierce (grounds keeper) becomes more and more violent and develops personal and sexual feelings for the girls. Thats when the truth is revealed.. I thought this movie was really good because it was more believable then the rest of the films in that genre. It keeps you watching until the end.
