| As a fellow MD, I have to express my gratitude to the writers of this show, and the brilliant portrayal of the characters. I have not been disappointed with any episode I have seen, and in fact, feel that I am learning by broadening the differential diagnosis in my own practice. I can only hope this series continues far into the future, and does not waiver from the basic premise of the story lines (i.e. does not become a soap opera, but the focus continues on medicine). I have watched the show with a team of peers and have recommended the show to several medical students who I precept. We actually set aside 10 minutes or so on Wednesday mornings to discuss the program which aired the previous night. |
