| This movie was not bad at all. I would not call it scary but I would say that it was very suspenseful and at times, and I would recommend it to someone who wants a quality thriller. Unlike a lot of the crap horror/thriller movies that are being made today this one had a quality plot, and at least decent acting. There was hardly any blood or gore, and barley any sexual content at all. My ten-year-old brother could have seen it. I am not saying he wouldn't be scared, I am saying that it contained none of the crap that makes horror movies as dumb as they are today. And to those of us who are tired of PG-13 horror movies, this one was actually very well made. There were plenty of jump scenes, and the special effects were amazing. Here are the only things that I could find wrong with this movie: the kid looked old enough to talk but he couldn't, the movies ending is kind of abrupt, and like all horror movies, it takes place in a deserted town where there is only one house for miles. That's it. I could list page after page of things that I enjoyed about this movie, but that would ruin it for those of you who are going to see it. And if you are thinking about seeing it, I have only one thing to say to you. See it. |
